So, what's the difference between Personal Fitness training and non Sweat Coaching:

Personal fitness training focuses on ‘the do’, that’s the actual workout, the exercises and instruction at the time of the session. Personal fitness training includes some goal setting, quick fitness and nutrition tips and support outside of sessions as a value.
However, the nature of the sessions does not leave much time to address other important advice you may need, such as wellbeing and more detailed nutrition to complete and ensuring your continued success in depth.

Non Sweat Coaching focuses on ‘getting you to do the do’. The coach asks the right thought provoking questions, at the right time to help you find your own solutions that tap into your motivators. The coaching helps formulate your visions and goals, structure accountability and establish resources and support. It also addresses the ‘why not’s and acknowledges and addresses the obstacles and struggles faced. There are three types: 

Fitness coaching deals with specific fitness goals and goes through your fitness programme in depth to make sure it is constantly challenging and tailored to you.

Nutrition coaching deals with specific nutrition goals and also goes through your nutrition in depth, sensitivities, meal plans, variety and making good yet delicious choices for your health.

Well Being coaching is holistic and addresses fitness, nutrition, sleep, stress management and weight maintenance. 

Coaching on it’s own is ideal if you:

  • you are able to complete workouts on your own
  • you’d like the professional expertise of the top fitness, nutrition and well being coach in Ealing, Chiswick and West London but don’t live in those areas
  • you travel a lot and have a unpredictable schedule for appointments with a personal fitness trainer.

How does coaching work?

A coaching programme is usually done over the phone, so it doesn't matter where you live. We work with people all over the UK and in Europe and the USA.
For a programme to be effective it should last 12 weeks. This enables you to get real results and discover the challenges and learnings, yet keep you on track to stay motivated with your programme.
